Gideon Lopez, Israel

It has always been my practice to voice my opinion on services when these are excellent. This is such a case.

A week ago, I rented out several rooms for my extended family for a family event. The guests ranged from age 75 to 6 months (and everything in between). The event included a family Shabbat dinner at Beit Ben Yehuda.

So these are the points I want to make:
1. Physical conditions: The place is spotless. The equipment in mint condition. A pleasure to stay at.
2. Staff: The staff is friendly and forthcoming. The staff present on Shabbat was motherly and open to all requests.
3. The management was fair and responsive on all commercial conditions.
All in all, it is definitely a place to go back to.

Many many thanks!
